Heroes come in many forms. During and after the Holocaust, while the world bore witness to atrocities executed by the most depraved and villainous of men, there were also many glimpses of dazzling acts of courage and beauty, performed by the most heroic among us.

This book tells the stories of these heroes.

Some felt it their duty to bring justice to Nazi perpetrators; others, to stand up against Holocaust deniers.
